In our program student has the right to:

Expect high quality dance education experiences ages 7 to 107
Learn from some of the best in the industry
In a beautiful welcoming studio atmosphere
In a clean and safe locations.
Fast assistance with any questions or concerns about classes or purchases.
Access to all Dance4Life rules and regulations.
To be heard fairly and receive quick and reasonable responses regarding questions and concerns.

Please review our Policies, Makeup Policies, Registration and Payment Policies and Program Guidelines.

All students must sign in before entering class.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes after class has started will not be admitted in the class.
All shoe soles must be clean before entering class.
Dance4Life is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Dance4Life and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
Dance4Life classes are subject to cancellation or change of time, location, teacher or substitution based on management discretion.
Filming and/or photography of any sort are not permitted at any time.
No animals are permitted on the premises except identified service animals.
Food and/or gum are not permitted in the studios.
Bottled water is acceptable.
Children in waiting areas must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.

Adult dance classes and programs are either offered on a drop-in single class during the workshop (start any time), or by all-access enrollment basis (for 1 week or 2 weeks, the entire workshop period).
Dance4Life students for an adult class students must be at least 18 years of age.
Students under the age of 18 must obtain studio management approval before taking adult classes.
Dance4Life management reserves the right to remove or bar any student from class due to disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior.
Please notify instructor(s) if you have any concerns about physical problems or injuries.
Work at your own pace.
All classes may be observed outside of the studio only.

Youth dance classes are available by enrollment and single class options.
Participation in a more advance class is at the discression of the teacher.
Registration in advance classes may require teacher approval.
If students are not performing at the level of the class, they may be moved to the appropriate level.
For the safety of your child, please pick up your dancer inside the building after class.
Please be on time to pick up your child.
Adults and siblings must remain in the waiting area during class.
Parents can observe class during designated events.
If students with all access pass does not attend class, Dance4Life will not be liable.

Payment for classes must be made prior to entering the studio.
Class purchases are valid through the expiration date.
All sales are final and are not refundable or transferable.
There is a $2500JMD | $25.00USD fee for returned checks.
With the 1-Week pass enrollment classes missed cannot be made up in the week following: 7 days are 7 days only. Class must be made up within the same session as purchased.

Dance4Life is a 2 week workshop, we do not have an option to makeup classes for adult and youth registered students.
All Access Pass: Students have the opportunity within the 2 weeks workshop to take as many classes between 10am and 7:30pm as possible.
One Week Access Pass: classes are unlimited for one week. No makeups allowed outside of the dates on the card.
Single Class Pass: will only allow makeup if for some reason the student is incapable of finishing that class.

All cancellations must be received by the Dance4Life Manager at the location 24 hours prior to start date.
All Access Pass: If not cancelled with 24-hour notice before first class and the student starts taking classes, then the student card may be prorated on the discretion of management.
One Week Access Pass: If not cancelled with 24-hour notice of the start date on card and the student starts taking classes, then the cancellation is on the discretion of management.
Single Class Pass: cancellation refunds are not allowed, but the student can use the pass in another class.
